Frequently asked questions
Your question is not covered? Write to us directly at media@mignuti.com
iOS and Android from one codebase?
Yes, with React Native and Expo. One codebase ships both platforms instead of paying for two separate teams. Where a platform has to behave differently — permission dialogs, back gesture, notifications — we write targeted platform-specific code.
Native or cross-platform — which is right?
Cross-platform is the better call for most business applications: same functionality, half the maintenance. True native pays off when you push the device — heavy 3D graphics, sustained background processing, specialised hardware. We tell you upfront which category your project falls into.
How does the app get into the stores?
We handle the build, signing and submission to Apple and Google, including store listings, screenshots and privacy declarations. Both companies review manually; we prepare submissions so the usual rejection reasons never come up.
Does the app work without internet?
Where it makes sense, yes. Data is cached locally and syncs once the connection returns. What has to work offline is settled at the start — retrofitting it later costs considerably more than planning for it from the outset.
What about iOS and Android updates?
New OS versions land every year, and Apple and Google keep tightening store requirements. On a maintenance plan we test against new versions, raise SDK levels and submit updates before your app gets pulled from the store.
How we work
No mystery. No 47-page proposals. Just four steps from 'hello' to 'it's live'.
Discovery
We listen. What's the goal? Who are the users? What's the budget? No fluff call — just the stuff that matters.
Design
Wireframes, then visuals. You see it before we build it. Feedback loops, not surprises.
Development
We build in sprints with regular demos. You see progress weekly, not after 3 months of silence.
Launch & Beyond
Deploy, test, monitor. And then we stick around. Updates, fixes, new features — we're not going anywhere.
Let's build something that matters.
