Three languages, no translation agency.
English, German, Croatian — every page, every article, written by people. Speak one, you are welcome. Speak all three, get in touch immediately.

You are not resource number 340 in a staffing tool. You are the person who built the thing — and that is how it ends up in the portfolio.
What we are not.
Every careers page promises culture. Here, instead, is what you will not find with us:
- Not an agency with a foosball table in the hallway and forty people who do not know each other. We know each other. That is occasionally exhausting, mostly good.
- Not a startup offering you equity instead of salary and calling it "an opportunity". We build things for clients who pay for them. That is where your salary comes from.
- Not a place where "agile" means priorities change every Monday. When we start something, we want to see it finished. See point one further up.
No form. One email.
No applicant portal, no 14-field form, no CV upload as PDF, DOCX and once more as PDF just to be safe. One email with three things in it:
- What you have built. A link is enough — GitHub, a live project, a blog post, anything.
- What you cannot do. Honestly. It saves both sides the first call.
- Why here of all places. One sentence. Two if you must.
We reply. Within a week, usually faster. Even when the answer is no — then with a reason.
What you were probably going to ask
Are you really not hiring right now?
Not actively. This page exists anyway because that can change — and because the most interesting people rarely wait for a job ad.
Do I need to live in Germany or Croatia?
No. You should live in a time zone where we can occasionally see each other. Europe is good. New Zealand gets tiring, more for you than for us.
Internship, working student, freelance?
Mention it. We do not say no to formats — only to people who do not finish things. See above.
What happens after the email?
A human reads it. No filter, no keyword score, no AI grading your cover letter — ironic, we know. Then a conversation, or an honest no with a reason.
What does a typical day look like?
There is none. But there are patterns: code in the morning, clients in the afternoon, and in between the one bug that "only takes five minutes". Meetings are rare and have an agenda — otherwise they do not happen.
Do I need to know everything — web, app, backend?
No. Nobody here knows everything. We look for people who do one thing really well and are not afraid to learn the rest. The order matters: really well first, then broad.
